What we do and how we work
We are a small building company with a passion for projects of any size that inspire creativity, imagination and a sense of adventure.

Our portfolio ranges from smaller projects like kitchen and bathroom refurbs, decking and pergolas to full house renovations and new house builds.
​
We work mainly on the eastern side of Melbourne and particularly around the Mornington Peninsula area.
​
One of the advantages of working with a small building company such as ours is that we can be flexible in how we work with you and the suppliers you bring to the project.
​
We can work with you on design and planning or bring our partners in to provide the architectural and design elements. We can co-ordinate the project right through from initial concept, architectural and design, planning, engineering, building inspections and certificates, build, completion and final sign off

We are of course registered builders with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA} and our contracts, invoicing, warranties and all our work is in accordance with VBA guidelines and regulations.

Introductions and next steps.
My name is Harry Wagstaff, I am a registered builder and I head up Wagstaff Building Pty Ltd. If you are interested in working with us please call, send an email or leave a message in the contact form with basic information about your project and its location.

The next step is for me to come and meet you and talk the project through with you in more detail. The aim of this meeting is to help you decide if you would like to work with us and vice versa. This is important because if you decide to work with us I will be your point of contact throughout the project and I will be responsible for delivering on time and to budget.
